Question: 科技是否讓政府或企業成為「超級監視器」？

必看公開信：網路社群Mozilla執行董事的公開信 (2018.2.9)

前情提要：印度從2009開放民眾登陸生物辨識身分認證系統「Aadhaar」，包含基本資訊、虹膜、指紋…等等。最高法院才剛裁定「隱私權」為憲法保障，2018年初再傳資訊外流，只要500盧比（約台幣222）就能得到全國人民11.6億人的資訊，目前相關法律正在研議中。
