溫柔的字最有力量

1. Achieve 實現；完成
完成任務是achieve a task；實現目標是Achieve your goal。討論怎麼達成也可以說，How do we achieve this?

2. Appreciate 感激；賞識
一項工作結束時，可以說：
I appreciate everyone’s good/hard work. 每個人都做得很好/非常努力。
Thanks for all your hard work. We really appreciate it. 謝謝大家的辛苦工作，我們很感謝。
I appreciate the extra effort you’ve put into it. 謝謝你對這件事的額外努力。

對別人的幫助表達謝意可以說：I appreciate your help. 謝謝你的幫助。

3. Commit 承諾；使…承擔義務
職場中commit最常見的用法是對任務或工作的承擔，例如：
He commits himself to this job. 他全心投入這份工作。

We have been committed to delivering the best service.
一直以來我們都致力於提供最好的服務。

名詞commitment也很好用：
I'd like to thank the staff for having shown such commitment. 
我要對全體員工作出的巨大奉獻表示感謝。

4. Disciplined 訓練有素的
這個字帶有自我要求的味道。稱讚一個團隊或員工very disciplined，除了表示工作能忠實做到，也表示他對自我的要求很高、很嚴謹。希望同仁自動自發養成良好工作習慣，用a disciplined set of work habits.

5. Driven 積極的；決心要達成的
Driven也可以表示受到驅使的，通常是正面意義。

6. Leadership 領導地位，領導才能
I expect you to show strong leadership. 我期望你展現優異的領導才能。
We are looking for the leadership qualities in the team.
斷行我們想在團隊裡找到有領導特質的人。

7. Perspective 觀點
To get some perspective on…意思是把…（事情）看清楚。也可以說：
Let's have a clear perspective on the situation. 我們來把情況弄清楚。

8. Solid 可靠的
形容一個東西很堅固牢靠用solid，工作時形容事情可靠、周全也可以這麼用。
We have a solid start. 我們有個很好的開始。
Are the facts solid? 這些事實可靠嗎？
We need a solid plan. 我們需要周全的計畫。

9. Team up 合作
鼓勵大家通力合作的時候可以說：
Let's team up for this new project. 讓我們為新計畫合作。
Let's team up to make this work. 希望我們協力合作，讓事情順利進行。
剛認識合作對象的時候可以說：
It's a pleasure to team up with such excellent people. 很榮幸可以和這麼傑出的人一起合作。
