為什麼有no problem卻沒有no issue？

Problem, Trouble跟Issue的區別到底是什麼？

Problem: 能夠解決的、有具體辦法的用problem，如果你是手受傷，你不會說那受傷的手是個problem吧！因為那不是拿來修理修理就能搞定的。

e.g.
I have a problem with my phone. 我的電話有問題（故障）
There's a problem with the Internet speed. 我的網速有問題
Every problem has a solution. 每個問題都有解決方法

Trouble: 事件給人負面、抽象的感覺用trouble，陷入、惹上麻煩可以說be in trouble或to get in trouble，另外trouble通常是不可數的，因此”a trouble“的用法是不正確的，因此a lot of trouble(O) a lot of troubles(X)

e.g.
I'm in deep trouble. 我慘了
If you have trouble understanding the report, give me a call. 如果你對這報告有疑問的話，可以打給我
Why are you crying? What’s troubling you? 你怎麼在哭？怎麼啦？

Issue: 表示有爭議的、較為困難做決定的問題，常用在比較重大的議題上；或是表示對...很有意見、反對什麼（+with）。否則problem跟issue在日常生活的用法上也是可以想通的。

e.g.
She has issues with everyone. 她對所有人都很有意見
The biggest issue with our deal is the cost. 這交易最大的問題是成本
There are many political issues in my country. 我的國家有眾多的政治問題
Time is not a problem.= Time is not an issue. 時間不是問題（真的要說，issue比起problem的嚴重程度還要高一些）
