用對字，表達更清楚

NG說法:say，更明確表示你要「說」什麼，你應該這樣說：

explain 解釋

discuss 討論 

elaborate 說明

NG說法:get，更明確表示你要「得到」什麼，你應該這樣說：

acquire 習得 

obtain 取得

receive 收到

NG說法:good，更明確表示「好」在哪裡，你應該這樣說：

positive 正面的 / 積極的 

beneficial 有益處的 

constructive 有建設性的 

NG說法:bad，更明確表示「壞」在哪裡，你應該這樣說：

negative 負面的 

harmful 有害的 

damaging 產生損壞的

TIP：這些字也該避開

maybe、just帶有不確定感，very、really會弱化句子，都不建議使用，另外如interesting、amazing 則空泛、且太被濫用，在表達上也應避免。

超實用句型 

表達成績、優點

I demonstrated (behavior) when I...

I successfully completed (project or task) and, as a result, achieved...

I excel at…

I showed… as a manager/team member/group leader when I…

I set up multiple goal benchmarks, which led to (specific optimal result).

表達改善空間、缺點

I recognize that I could improve at... I plan to do so by… (give a clear plan)

I’m going to stop…, because I know it results in… (show that you have a solution)

To meet my... goal, I will start…

I would love to do more on… to quickly catch up.

TIP：避免讓會議以悲觀的氛圍結束

即便是在談論工作上需改進的地方，也不可態度過分卑微，試著將考評會議看成一個溝通機會，而不是上對下的檢討大會。
