Spotify送給顧家的寵物一份播放清單

The Swedish audio-streaming business company, which has 113 million subscribers, said it has launched a podcast featuring soothing music, "dog-directed praise", stories, and messages of affirmation and reassurance narrated by actors to alleviate stress for dogs who are home alone.

這家擁有1億1千3百萬訂閱者的瑞典音源串流公司指出，他們已經推出一款podcast，內容包含舒緩音樂、並有演員講述一些安慰的話語，緩和寵物的壓力， 可以給獨自在家的狗狗收聽。

Meanwhile, playlists aimed at pets offer tracks selected by algorithms to match pets' characteristics such as energetic or slow. Spotify said that the playlists are based on subscribers' own musical tastes and pet species, while the "My Dog's Favourite Podcast" has been created with animal experts to help alleviate stress.

這些寵物專屬播放清單同時也透過演算法選出符合寵物個性的曲目，比如較活潑 激昂或是緩慢溫和。Spotify表示，播放清單是依照用戶的音樂品味以及寵物類型 訂定出來，而My Dog's Favorite Podcast這個節目則是由動物專家製作，功能為幫助寵物釋放壓力。

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the UK's largest animal welfare charity, said it supported the podcast. It said many dogs were "routinely" left alone and that some types of calm music "can help dogs relax." However, it also warned that nothing could ever "replace the company and presence" of a dog's owner.
