談加薪：先講講你的貢獻

想讓老闆聽你說話，用語要簡潔明確，強調why you deserve it (你為什麼值得加薪)，而不是why you need it (你為什麼需要更多錢)。

O 強調功績

Even though it was a tough year, my sales campaign successfully reached the goal.

即使去年很多挑戰，我的業務團隊還是成功達標了。

My team has just completed the project.

我的團隊剛完成了那項專案。

O 突顯自己的重要性

I have some new projects in mind and I think they will help improve the image of our company.

我在想幾個新專案，也許可以為公司帶來正面形象。

O 提問內容實際

I would like to know if you are satisfied with my performance.

我想知道你滿意我的工作表現嗎？

X 沒有意義的話

I’ve done everything I was supposed to do.

該做的事我都有做了。

I’ve been here for a year now.

我已經在這裡待一年了。

X 搬出私人問題

I need a pay raise because I have to take care my family.

我需要加薪，因為我要養家。
