委婉開罵，一個問句搞定

碰到下屬辦事不力、孩子調皮搗蛋、服務人員漫不經心…等等令人為之氣結的狀況，我們難免需要出點聲音表達不滿，並要求改進。但是，直接開罵極可能傷了對方的自尊心，引致反彈而收不到期望效果，這時不妨拋出一個問句，表面上是ask a question，問一個問題，實際上是提醒對方reflect oneself，反省自己的言行，如此一來，我們出了口氣，卻也給他人留點餘地。以下問句都很好用，稍微用嚴肅一點的語氣來說，就可以收到責備但不傷人的效果。下一次碰到需要開罵的時候，請試一試。

1. 「你瞭解我的想法嗎？」

• Do I make myself clear? 我講得夠清楚了嗎？
• How many more times do I have to tell you, please? 我講得夠清楚了嗎？
• Do you hear me? 你聽清楚了嗎？

暗示對方 「已經讓我不耐煩了。」
We tried that plan a few months ago. It didn't work. Do I make myself clear? 
我們幾個月前已經試過那個計劃，發現它行不通。我講得夠清楚了嗎？

2. 「可以讓我多認識你一些嗎？」

• Who do you think you are? 你以為自己是誰啊？
• What do you know? 你知道什麼呢？
• You and what army? 你找了多少人馬來？（就憑你嗎？）

諷刺對方「太自命不凡了」
You have never done that before. What do you know? 你從未做過那件事，你知道什麼呢？
You said you want to fight me. You and what army? 你說你想和我打一架，就憑你嗎？

3. 「你是不是在開玩笑呢？」

• Are you kidding me? 你在開玩笑嗎？
• Are you telling me a joke? 你是在說笑話嗎？

批評對方「很白目、搞不清楚狀況。」
John: "I cancelled the order because I don't like that contact window." 
約翰：「我取消了訂單，因為我不喜歡那位接洽人。」
Mary: "Are you kidding me?" 瑪麗：「你在開玩笑嗎？」

4. 「你的意思／想法是什麼？」

• What do you mean…? 你說⋯是什麼意思？
• What do you mean by…? 你做⋯是什麼意思？
• Don't you think that's too much? 你不覺得太超過了嗎？
• What were you thinking? 你那時在想什麼？
• What is…coming to? 怎麼啦？

抗議對方 「冒犯到我了／搞砸事情了。」
What do you mean by waking me up so early? 你那麼早叫醒我是什麼意思？
You failed in this important exam. What were you thinking? 這個重要的考試你考不及格，你在想什麼？
What is that guy coming to? He yelled at me without any reason this morning. 那傢伙怎麼啦？他今天早上沒有任何理由地對我亂吼。
