職場上難免遇到不順心的事，這時候可以用一句話展現高EQ，停止抱怨，開始解決問題。

• In general, you are doing a great job. There are however a few areas where you might be able to improve.
  基本上來說，你做得很棒，但還是有些部分是你可以再進步的。

• I am somewhat disappointed by the lack of contact that your company has given us on this matter, how can we best resolve this situation?
  貴公司對於這件事情的溝通不足，我是有點失望的，我們要怎麼漂亮地解決這個情況？

• As a rule, we can follow this plan, but if there are any other suggestions that come up we can always add more details later.
  多數情形下，我們可以按照這個計劃走，但要是有想到其他建議，我們都可以之後再新增上去。

• Yes, they have let us down, but this company usually provides a great service. We should do our best to keep a good relationship with them.
  是的，他們是讓我們失望了，但這公司的服務通常很好。我們應該盡可能跟他們保持良好關係。

• Somehow we have to get this job finished. I would greatly appreciate all your best efforts over the next few days.
  我們總是得把這個工作完成。過幾天我會大大感謝你的付出。

說實話直接傷人，說假話不得信任，要說中肯又好聽的話。

• It is our view that any new decisions that will be made should first be checked by the marketing department.
  我們覺得，任何新的決策要下之前，都應該先被市場部檢核。

• One would expect that choosing this option is going to give us the best results.
  人都期待自己的選擇都能夠給我們最好的結果。

• Well, in my view, it’s not really acceptable.
  嗯，就我來看，這是不合格的。

• To our knowledge, the delivery was received on March 23rd. Could you perhaps check your records again?
  就我們所知，貨運是3月23號簽收的。你或許再查一下記錄？

• I feel that this decision is the one that we should go with. Does everyone feel the same way?
  我感覺這個決定，才是我們應該下的決定。有人也這樣感覺嗎？
