神話學大師 Joseph Campbell 在《千面英雄》一書中提到：所有英雄故事其實有一個pattern，想一想，哈利波特、飢餓遊戲和魔戒，有什麼共同點：

Status quo 現狀

Call to adventure 召喚

Assistance 協助

Departure 啟程

Trial 試煉

Approach 接近

Crisis 危機

Treasure 寶物

Result 結果

Return 回歸

New life 新生

Resolution 解答
