1. How do you manage your job seeking time? 你怎麼安排面試時間? 
   言外之意: 你之後會不會欺騙雇主? 如果現在你會利用上班時間出來面試，那麼你大概也會這樣對下一個錄用你的公司。 
   最佳回答: I only interview for positions that are great match, during my personal time. 如果這份職缺有後續面試，也別忘了安排在非上班時段。
   
   
2. Where did you start preparing for this interview? 你怎麼準備面試? 
   言外之意: 你真的在乎這份工作，還是在碰運氣? 
   最佳回答: I take this job very seriously and started my research from the company website. 不要真的著墨在怎麼準備，秀出你準備好的內容—對這個產業的知識、對這個公司或部門最近發展的看法…。
   
   
3. How many others were laid off? Could you tell us why you’ve been out of work for this long? 有多少人和你一起被資遣？你這麼長時間沒有工作的原因是什麼？
   言外之意：What is wrong with you? 如果被資遣的人不多，也許預算削減只是前公司擺脫較差員工的說法？
   最佳回答：
   That was the company’s policy. I was an outstanding and effective employee.
   
   
4. Do you know anyone in our company? 有沒有認識的人在我們公司? 
   言外之意: 近朱者赤…小心，我們大多認為有「關係」會加分，但前提是你的朋友在公司內真的形象良好。面試主管很容易把你和對方的形象聯想在一起。
   最佳回答: 只說出你確定對這個組織有所貢獻的名字。
   
   
5. Could you tell us about a work or school problem you solved? 描述你在工作中或學校解決的問題。 
   言外之意：你做事有方法嗎？解決問題有邏輯嗎？ 
   最佳回答：著重解決問題的方式、技巧、你對團隊的貢獻。這個問題其實是基本題，但是太多人沒有事先準備好這樣的案例，錯失展現自己工作能力的機會。
   
   
6. Could you talk about a work or school case you messed up? 描述一件工作或學校中搞砸的事情。 
   言外之意: 你會一錯再錯嗎？你有自覺嗎？ 
   最佳回答: 
   My intention was to….
   What I learned from this case is….
   簡單提一個小的、善意導致的失誤，重點放在學到什麼、怎麼把經驗應用在下一次。
   
   
7. What do you find bothering about your coworkers or bosses? 怎樣的同事或老闆會讓你困擾？
   言外之意：你是難以共事的人嗎？ 會不會打擊團隊士氣？ 
   最佳回答: 
   Nothing particular that I can think of.
   說什麼困擾都可能顯露相處上的問題，最好還能稱讚前老闆和同事，這才能顯現你的正面態度和自制力。
   
   
8. Ideally, where would you like to work? 你真正想工作的地方是？
   言外之意： 你看到什麼職缺都投嗎？
   最佳回答：This is where I would like to work. I will enjoy doing this job a lot.
   你應該強調自己是這份工作的最佳人選。
   
   
9. How do you feel about the positions you’re applying for so far? Could you compare them? 和其他面談的工作比較起來，這份工作如何? 
   言外之意? (1) 錄用你需要花多少力氣 (2) 收集人資市場資料
   最佳回答: 
   I’ve received an offer/ a few offers from….
   讓對方知道你已經被他們的對手錄取，提高籌碼，或
   I respect all the companies’ privacy.
   你的策略可以是不透露其他公司的隱私。
