Recipe:果香嫩雞佐時蔬

 

 

Step.1 Sear the chicken breast 煎雞胸

1. Flatten the chicken breasts 槌平


Use a meat mallet or a rolling pin to hammer the breasts flat.

使用肉槌或桿麵棍把雞胸肉槌平。

 

2. Season the chicken breasts 醃製

Lightly salt and pepper the chicken breasts.

稍微用鹽和胡椒醃製。

 

3. Prepare the pan 熱鍋

Heat the pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil

用中火熱鍋,加入橄欖油。

 

4. Cook the chicken breasts 烹煮

For 1 minute without moving

烹煮一分鐘,不移動。

 

5. Flip the chicken breasts 翻面

 

 

6. Turn the heat down to low 轉小火

Cover the pan with a fitting lid and cook on low for 10 minutes. 

蓋上合適的鍋蓋,燜煮十分鐘。

 

7. Turn off the heat 關火

Leave the chicken breasts in the pan for another 10 minutes. Do not lift the lid.

關火後,將雞胸繼續燜在鍋內十分鐘。

 

8. Remove lid 拿開鍋蓋

Your chicken is done!

雞胸完成!
