Count me in,算我一份?
Fast Company
"Count Me In"
Everybody needs a community, and introverted people are no exception. Being an introvert doesn't mean you have to lock yourself up and suffer from social inactivity. Author Emily White recently gave out a series of useful advice in the new book "Count Me In" to guide introverts like herself to a fuller, richer social life. Although introverts tend to shun large social gatherings, they still yearn to belong to a community. The trick, she argues, is to choose the right group to network with, and don't rush it. If you give yourself too much pressure, and set the goal too high, you can be overwhelmed. Just find a group of people you like and enjoy their company, and in time you can also be well connected.
