屬於你的推銷文案--英文履歷四原則
原則一:列點標示,整張履歷不要超過一頁。

原則二:注意不必加上主詞“I”。
過去工作經驗:
(X) I collaborated with experts and technicians from different fields to help develop new products.
(O) Collaborated with experts and technicians from different fields to help develop new products.
曾與不同領域的專家及技師合作研發新產品。
現在仍在職工作:
(X) Handling quality control, payroll, and staff evaluations.
(O) Handle/Handling quality control, payroll, and staff evaluations.
品質管理,並核發員工薪資及處理績效考核。
原則三:多使用動態動詞(dynamic action verb)
例如:accomplish、coordinate、establish、manage等,在描述時能使語意更精準。
主動:
(O) Accomplished multiple cross-functional projects and increased annual sales by 50%.
被動:
(X) Multiple cross-functional projects were accomplished and annual sales were increased by 50%.
完成許多跨部門的計畫,並增加了年度50%的銷售額。
原則四:善用數字量化自己的成就,讓人印象更深刻。
(X) In charge of staff members with duties that included budgeting and project scheduling.
(O) In charge of a 36-member staff with duties that included balancing a $5 million budget and project scheduling.
管理36位員工,並負責平衡五百萬元的預算及規劃專案時程。
10分鐘寫出吸睛履歷
1. Contact information
包含姓名、電話、地址、Email信箱或其他聯絡資訊等,放在履歷的最上面。
2. Resume objective
用三到五個直述句簡短描述自己的專業經歷、學歷,以及為何想應徵這個職缺。
3. Work experience
採倒敘法,將最新至最舊的工作職稱依序寫出,並善用列點(bullet point)的方式,寫出工作經歷中的亮點。
4. Additional skills
如果具備特殊專長,例如熟悉特定軟硬體的操作,或想強調某方面的特質及軟實力,可以另外簡短地條列出來。
