在工作中難免遇到和自己合不來的人,特別是那些存心就是要給你好看的人,都令人感到十分挫敗,這些人正是人際中的「毒害人物」,真的能夠帶領世界前進的並不是戰士、酸民(haters),而是治癒者(healers)、領導人或和平締造者(peacemakers),所以在工作上有動不動就劍拔弩張的人,大多數原因是因為他們感到威脅、不安,面對他們最好的方式,就是遠離他們並且避免自己受影響而做出不恰當的行為。

Never allow someone to certify if you are bothered by their meanness or not. If you can’t help but show that you are upset, find a way to peacefully take control of the situation. Usually the easiest way to do this is to leave.

Stay cool during the situation and take time to consider it later. Look for patterns.
3. 開門見山Direct talks:
In direct talks about an issue, show compassion and be sincere. Tell your co-worker that you respect their work, and that you want to ensure a positive working relationship.
