你有企業DNA嗎？

Step 1了解該公司的企業文化

你必須要花時間去了解你想要就職的公司、職位，不管是網站、社群媒體、新聞，都要大致看過，才能稍微了解該公司的核心價值。

Step 2  說他們的語言

使用該企業喜歡的語言、說法、關鍵字，在面試的時候，適時使用出來，一定會大大加分，他們關注創新嗎？關注教育訓練嗎？

 “Your company always has been known to put a strong focus on innovation, and I would love to be part of it.”

「貴公司一直以來都以關注在創新而聞名，我很想要成為其中一員。」

Step 3  展現熱忱

如果你發現你特別喜歡這家公司的某個特點，不妨直接告訴面試官，一定會讓面試官對你留下好的印象，即便還沒確定入選，但提前讓面試官知道，你很能接受，也很享受這樣的工作氛圍、方式。有熱忱的未來夥伴，穩定性也比較高。

"I love the way how you run a meeting; especially stand-up meetings. I'm really looking for a company that is open and transparent with its employees."

 「我很喜歡你們開會討論的方式，特別是站著開會這點，我很期待可以找到一家企業跟員工保持開放且透明的態度，貴公司也很重視這點。」

Step 4  正面價值觀

把握以下幾個原則答題，盡可能提出實際的例子

• You’re willing to learn.  你願意學習
• You’re motivated.  你富有動力
• You see the big picture. 你看得見大願景
• You’re a team player. 你善於合作

01 Teamwork

Do you prefer working alone or as part of a team? Why?

你習慣獨立作業還是團體合作？為什麼？ 

 How do you ask for feedback?

你習慣怎麼尋求回饋？

02 Ambition

What do you hope to achieve during your first six months here?

你希望在這裡的前六個月能達成什麼事？

What are your favorite industry websites, apps or other resources?

你最喜歡的業界網站、應用程式或其他來源是什麼？ 

03 Productivity

Describe the type of work environment in which you are most productive.

跟我說一下你最有效率的工作環境是怎麼樣？

If you had multiple projects at the same time, how do you prioritize your work and meet deadlines?

如果你同時有多個專案，你怎麼分配先後順序，並在期限內完成？

04 Motivation

What motivates you?

激勵你求好的事物是什麼？ 

What gets you excited about coming to work?

什麼事情讓你期待來上班？ 

05 Personality

How would your classmates/colleagues descirbe you?

你的同學/同事都怎麼形容你？

How do you respond when someone criticize you about your work?

遇到人批評你或是你的工作的時候，你會如何回應？ 

06 Accountability

Tell me about something you did or something you regret and what did you learn from that experience.

告訴我你做過什麼後悔的事，你在那個經驗學到了什麼？

Tell me of a time when you disagreed with a customer, supervisor, or coworker. How do you deal with the conflict.

給我個例子是你跟客戶、主管或同事有爭執的例子，你怎麼面對衝突。 

07 Problem-solving

Describe a time where you developed a different problem-solving approach. What steps did you follow?

給我一個例子是當你面對問題，用不同方式解決的經驗，你的進程是什麼？

Give me an example of a time when you had to quickly change your priorities at the last minute?

給我個例子是，你需要在最後一刻快速調整工作順序的經驗。
