• Focus on the qualifications in the job and how you meet and exceed the requirements.

著重於你有哪些個人特質符合這份職缺所需的能力，甚至有哪些優勢超乎原本的條件。

• Keep your answer short and sweet. A 2 to3-minute answer is recommended.

• You can wrap up your answer with why you’re interested in or what you look forward to in the position.
